Finishing & Bindery

Our in-house bindery is built to support large-format and high-volume commercial work without unnecessary handoffs. That includes:

110” and 70” straight knife cutters for oversized and large-format sheets

26 x 40 Stahl continuous feed folder for high-volume folding, including multi-panel pieces and packaging components

Trimming and folding are also handled in-house, so they stay aligned with press output.

Prepress, Ink, and Material Control

All files are reviewed in-house before production. Color is aligned, specifications are confirmed, and issues are addressed early.

We operate under G7 and GRACoL standards to maintain consistency across runs.
Our custom ink lab allows us to mix inks on-site and create draw-down samples quickly for approval.

Specialty substrates are evaluated before production to ensure they run correctly.
