Large format sheet-fed presses, advanced color systems, and production equipment designed for complex commercial work.
Let’s Discuss Your Print Project

Three Sheet-Fed Presses. Built for Commercial Volume.

Allied Litho operates three sheet-fed offset presses designed for high-volume, technically demanding production.

73” Manroland 900 XL

56” Manroland 900

40” KBA RA106

73” Manroland 900 XL

Maximum sheet size: 51.25” x 72.75”

Six-color capability with aqueous and or UV coating

Handles board stock up to .040” thickness

Quick-change features include:

Automatic sheet size, thickness, and gripper adjustments

Semi-automatic plate loading to reduce makeready time

ColorPilot density and color measurement system

The ColorPilot system measures densitometrical and colorimetrical values in a single pass, allowing faster makeready and tighter color control.

This press supports oversized packaging sheets, retail displays, and large commercial applications that many facilities can’t run.

56” Manroland 900

Maximum sheet size: 40.125” x 56”

Six-color capability with aqueous and or UV coating

Shares the same quick-change and ColorPilot systems as the 73” press

This press provides expanded sheet size flexibility while maintaining consistent color control and production efficiency.

40” KBA RA106

Maximum sheet size: 29 1/4” x 41 1/2”

One to seven colors

Aqueous and or UV coating capability

Its unique configuration includes a seventh unit positioned between coater units, allowing high gloss and dull contrast effects in a single pass.

That configuration reduces additional handling and preserves registration for high-end packaging and specialty commercial applications.

Advanced Color and Ink Control

Precision color is controlled before ink reaches the press.

We operate under G7 and GRACoL standards through our in-house prepress department.

Our custom ink lab allows us to:

Mix brand-specific inks on-site

Create draw-down samples quickly

Reduce reliance on outside suppliers

Respond faster to color adjustments

Color consistency across repeat runs is not left to chance.

In-House Bindery Equipment

Finishing accuracy starts with capacity.

Our bindery department includes:

Large straight knife cutters capable of trimming up to 110 inches

26 x 40 Stahl continuous feed folder

These systems allow us to handle oversized sheet trimming and commercial folding in-house before coordinating specialty finishing.

For die-cutting, laminating, foil stamping, and folding and gluing, we work with long-standing production partners integrated into our workflow.

Production Infrastructure

Equipment matters. So does how it’s run.

Our production environment includes:

Three shifts operating within a 24-hour production cycle

Cross-trained press operators across machines

Structured scheduling aligned with finishing requirements

Early prepress issue flagging

This infrastructure allows us to absorb complex jobs and shifting timelines without destabilizing the floor.

Built for Demanding Commercial Applications

Our equipment supports:

Oversized packaging sheets

Retail and point-of-purchase displays

Litho labels

Folding carton sheets

Multi-color offset commercial campaigns

Specialty substrate printing

Each machine is selected to expand capability, not duplicate it.

Why Equipment Matters in Commercial Printing

In high-volume commercial work, production reliability comes down to:

Makeready efficiency

Color measurement accuracy

Sheet size flexibility

Substrate handling capability

Integrated finishing alignment

Our equipment is configured to support those demands at scale.
